while looking for new caches within my area I found your log entry: “An interesting ans misterious place, specially because I still have no idea about the meaning of those remainings.”
The remainings you found there belong to a tower erected by plans of Hans Erlwein in 1912, an famous architect who designed couple of other of Dresden’s buildings: (Wikipedia: The city planner Hans Erlwein designed some industrial buildings in the city centre. His storage building near the Semperoper is adapted to neighbouring buildings by a dissected roof. Another building planned by Hans Erlwein is the slaughterhouse complex. This location became famous thanks to the novel Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut.)
The hill where you found the cache is called “Wolfshügel” which means wolf’s hill. This name is due to it’s former purpose, to held wolfs by the Saxon princes for hunting – or better to be hunted – back in the 16th century.
The tower itself was destroyed by the Wehrmacht in May 1945 because it would have been a stratetic viewingpoint for the Red Army.
There are only a few photographs left of the former look of the tower
